Sure thing! What I'm trying to do is parse a FOAF file for a Dreamwidth account in order to get the URI of the default userpic. So if the Dw account is ree, then the FOAF file is http://ree.dreamwidth.org/data/foaf and the URI I want, visible within the code, is therefor http://www.dreamwidth.org/userpic/642084/169458 . (I'm trying to create some code that I could reuse, like maybe calling some of my RP characters' Dw data from within their "official" webpages. I need to work out proper caching before I try that, tho; right now I'm working strictly with downloaded files.)
Summer humidity is gross. Last time my dryer broke was summer and it sucked. Over winter, it's actually a little nice to have that moisture in the air, but it doesn't make up for having no dryer-fresh warm fluffy towels after a shower. Oh well.

Date: 2014-12-03 07:48 pm (UTC)I've been poking at various bits of data as listed at http://wiki.dwscoalition.org/notes/Data_Sources . I guess I could get the URI out of http://ree.dreamwidth.org/data/userpics.rdf , but I'm already using the FOAF for some other data, and it seems better to call the smallest number of files possible instead of adding to the load.
